Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015

The Act sets out how national outcomes are defined by Ministers and requires them to consider how to reduce inequalities caused by socioeconomic disadvantage.

It also places duties on local authorities to carry out community planning, ensuring that local services work together to improve outcomes for their communities.
