Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002

The Act deals with how social care is organised. It partly replaces the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014. It also gives Ministers the power to issue guidance and instructions to local authorities and NHS bodies on how they should carry out their duties.
