Resource requirements, including staffing, skills, and systems, will be regularly reviewed to ensure the NSWA remains adequately resourced. Any gaps or emerging needs will be addressed through workforce planning and will be aligned with the annual delivery planning cycle to ensure that the NSWA remains agile and able to respond to emerging priorities.
