Programme assurance and continuous improvement

Ongoing assurance will be provided through regular reviews by the NSWA Management Advisory Board, internal audit, and external scrutiny as required.

The NSWA will embed a culture of continuous improvement, drawing on feedback from staff, partners, people with lived experience, and formal reviews. Lessons learned from previous executive agency set-ups and sector reviews will be systematically captured and used to inform continuous improvement throughout programme delivery.

External assurance reviews will be commissioned as appropriate, to provide independent scrutiny and support continuous improvement.
