Project controls and change management

A formal change control process will manage any changes to programme scope, schedule, or resources. All proposed changes will be assessed for impact, approved by the Advisory Board, and, where appropriate, escalated to Scottish Ministers. All changes will be documented, and lessons learned from change management will be captured to inform future delivery.
