Service requirements and scope

Procurement will cover a range of shared services essential to the operation of the NSWA. These include, but are not limited to, human resources, finance, ICT and digital services, payroll, procurement support, and facilities management.

The NSWA team is also engaging with the Accommodation Review Group and the Property and Construction Division (PCD) regarding location options, to ensure that any longer term property solution aligns with Scottish Government estate strategy and supports flexible, modern ways of working.
