Contracts will be structured to ensure clear allocation of responsibilities and liabilities, appropriate contract specifications or service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), provisions for contract variation, extension, and termination, and mechanisms for dispute resolution and issue escalation.
