Market engagement and options

Early market engagement has been undertaken to assess market capacity and capability, explore delivery models and partnership opportunities, and identify potential suppliers, including other public sector agencies and shared service centres.

The commercial options under consideration include direct award via existing public sector frameworks (where appropriate and compliant), mini-competition under established frameworks, and open tender for services not available through frameworks. Procurement risks have been identified and will be managed through robust contract management and regular review.
