Risk allocation and management

Risks relating to procurement, contract management, and service delivery will continue to be identified, allocated, and managed in line with Scottish Government risk management policy.

Key risks include market capacity and supplier engagement, supplier performance and continuity of service, changes in service requirements as the NSWA develops, and integration with existing systems and processes.

Mitigation strategies will be developed for all identified risks, with regular review and escalation as required.
