2.6 Our interim plan

This is our interim one-year plan. Our first year will be a period of change and transformation. As the organisation matures and moves to a regular three-year cycle of organisational planning, support planning, monitoring and assessment, we will identify key performance indicators to establish baselines and monitor progress over the coming years.
