Valuing Practice
We worked with partners to create Valuing Practice - a strategic framework for education and professional learning.
The Scottish Social Services Council set and uphold the standards and requirements within Valuing Practice.
Valuing Practice sets the direction for:
- consistency
- quality
- commitment to social work values and relationship-based practice
It promotes a culture of continuous learning. It also enables a skilled and confident workforce that makes a meaningful difference to people and communities.
