Freedom of information

The National Social Work Agency (NSWA) does not hold individuals' records. You need to contact your local authority social care services for these requests.

You can use the Scottish Government’s FOI process to request information about the NSWA.

The NSWA has adopted the model publication scheme produced by the Scottish Information Commissioner.
